How to place an order?

Our customers have the opportunity to choose and to order from our store's products. You can click on the selected product for a more detailed description. If you intend to make a purchase, you can place the product you wish to buy into a virtual shopping cart by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. You can click the "View Cart" button to see the items added to your shopping cart, the total amount of the invoice, and the shipping charge.

If you have already made purchases in our store, please enter the email address and password you provided during your previous registration. To register as a new client, enter your details necessary for the purchase, which will be stored by our system and the next time you wish to make a purchase, you will only need to sign in. To make a purchase without registering, please enter your billing and shipping address. Do not forget, Your order contributes to protecting our environment.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. This means that you will receive an automatic email after having placed an order, as well as when the order is received. Your email is not "just" a confirmation, it is a document that You are member of the CareBag community.

How to wash the bag?

Our bags are machine washable, at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. When washing, it is advisable to close the zippers found on the bag and to detach all removable metal parts.

Why is the bag so wrinkled?

The bag is made of air bag material, recycled as such, without any added components, which is why there might be wrinkles on it.

The bag is easy to iron at low temperatures. 

What does the colour of the bag depend on?

The colour of the bag depends on the colour of the airbags available. We do not colour our bags, we recycle them as they are.

Can my bag be personalised? E.g. my own monogram, logo, etc ....

It is possible to have your own logo or monogram on the bag. If you would like to own a monogrammed bag ore one with your logo, please contact us via the Contact Us form on this page or at office@detropin.nl.

Are new models to be expected at intervals?

We are constantly working to make more models available to our customers, not only in design but also in usability. We would like to make environmental protection fashionable for all CareBag owners.

Apart from the airbag, what materials are used to make the bag?

When making the bags, we are trying to recycle only automotive waste, so, apart from airbags, we also use seat belts and car seat covers. However, some models may also include other fabrics.

Is the bag waterproof?

The bag is not waterproof, but it dries quickly.

Is there a warranty for the bag? 

We offer a half-year warranty for the bag, if used as intended.  


How long does shipping take?

Detropin.nl provides door-to-door express delivery services to its customers. The delivery time is 2-10 days depending on when the order was processed and which the country of destination is.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping within the EU only, please contact us at office@detropin.nl for shipping outside the EU. For your e-mails to be properly processed, please send us your message in English

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over €175 , shipping is free for all EU-countries and the free shipping option will be displayed. For purchases under €175, shipping charges are €25 for all EU-countries. Please contact us via mail office@detropin.ro or contact form for shipping cost outside the EU.

How do I pay? What payment methods do you accept?

We make use of 3rd party safe payments options that make it the easiest for you as customer to pay for your order. At the moment, this includes iDeal, the most common credit cards, bank transfer, EPS, Giropay, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, ING Home'Pay. You'll be able to choose your method of payment during checkout.


Can I return the bag if I decide I don't want it?

The customer may cancel the contract within 14 working days, without giving any reason. We accept returned products only in their original condition and packaging, in the initial quantity and quality! The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day of receipt of the goods.

What do I do if I decide to return the bag?

Before returning the product, the customer is required to complete the questionnaire found on the website under Returns.

Who does pay the shipping cost of the returned product?

The customer shall bear all costs related to the returning of the goods, arising out of exercising the right of withdrawal. The customer does not have to bear any additional costs.
